1. Data controller information

Meshads OÜ acts as the data controller for all personal information processed through this service. We are registered in Estonia under registration number 16615525. 2. Information we collect

We collect the information needed to provide the Securion360 services, including device data (device identifier, operating system, browser type), usage analytics (game statistics, content preferences), operator verification data (mobile network operator) and location data (geolocation based on IP address). All collection is carried out in line with the GDPR, the data protection law of Estonia, and regional privacy rules

3. Geolocation and personalising the experience

IP-based geolocation is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the user experience by providing region-appropriate content, automatic language preferences and relevant local settings. We also process this data to comply with applicable local rules and to keep the service available. We use trusted third-party IP information services (for example MaxMind, IP2Location) to determine your approximate location (country or city level) without collecting precise GPS coordinates

4. Data sharing and infrastructure service providers

We pass technical and operational parameters to trusted intermediary partners, strictly to the extent needed to maintain the availability of the environment and technical verification:

• Network routing and telecommunications entities: partners for protocol verification, technical connectivity and operator-level route checks, to ensure interoperability.
• Transaction processing and settlement channels: third parties that facilitate settlement, and secure authentication gateways that manage protocol checks and verified transaction exchanges.
• Performance analysis and measurement: diagnostic tools (for example Google Analytics, Firebase) for monitoring network telemetry, stability and interactions with the platform.
• Cloud infrastructure and content delivery networks (CDN): edge computing and caching providers (for example Cloudflare, AWS) that provide structural integrity and secure data transmission.
• Customer communication points: specialised ticketing and issue-resolution platforms for handling technical requests we receive.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. Use of data and analytics

Usage analytics help us improve service quality and content recommendations. We collect anonymised game data, content engagement metrics and technical performance data. Analytics data is used only to improve the service, fix errors and optimise content. Individual user activity is not tracked over the long term beyond what the service requires

6. Data protection and security

Your data is protected with industry-standard encryption (AES-256), secure transmission protocols (TLS 1.3) and access controls. All data is stored in secure locations that undergo periodic security audits. We apply data-minimisation principles and keep data only for as long as needed to provide the service or to meet legal requirements
